Hardware Unscrewing the 3DS Back Cover

I cannot unscrew the back to put the Nyko Battery in. I tried both ways and that tiny screw driver you get doesn't help at all. Should I take it to gamestop for them to unscrew it?

Finally got it in after a few hours. In the middle of my hand looks red. Thats how hard I pushed it. I like the charging dock that came with it. Thanks to the above poster ^^
