Hi. I was wondering, is it possible to unpack ARM9.BIN, obtained by unpacking a rom? I ask because there is a file in a particular rom (DSFlash, a homebrew flash player) that i wish to replace and i believe it is in ARM9.BIN. Is this possible? If so what tools do i need and how do i do it? Can i repack it again afterwards? thanks for your help.

arm9.bin is not a pack, it's the game's executable code. There are usually blocks of data embedded into it, but no distinct "files".
