I'm really sorry for getting off topic, but If I have My phantom hourglass backed up, why wouldn't the cheats work?

because right now I'm playing super scribblenaut(u) and using usrcheat.dat ... the code for 0 budge meter didn't work instead it instantly fill the hourglass ... when i compared it to super scribblenaut thread in cheats.gbatemp the 0 budge meter code is different.
