Hardware Unknown regulator?

Hi,
Does anybody know which regulator this is? Is from a Xbox series X board near the usb ports. The thermal camera shows a hot spot here.
I do not have a donorboard with this component. Where to buy or can I get it form a former Xbox board?

It is an AND gate chip from NEXPERIA 74LVC1G08.
From my experience the southbridge itself has an internal issue if this chip or and the line to the SB is getting hot.
