I have a hacked NS V1 via software.

I want to remove any hack on it so I can use NSO and buy games in the conventional way.

What is the best way to remove it? Am I at risk of being banned from accessing online resources?

Did you used an emunand or did you used Sysnand?

If you don't have a clean NAND backup to restore to then you can't go online.

I have a NAND backup version 17.0.1

Was it from prior to installing any NSP/XCI?

No. However, at the time the CFW was not working, so I had to redo the CFW installation from scratch.

Then it is not clean, you can't use it to go back online, you just going to get banned.
