ROM Hack RELEASE Undertale Save Converter

Just thought you all would like to know that I just finished an update for this project,
and it now supports full bi-directional conversion for both PC -> Switch and Switch -> PC game saves!

(I realize that jonyluke was going to release this functionality at some point or another,
but I got bored today, and I ended up writing the code myself)

FYI: For what it's worth, I have recently updated the Undertale Save Converter V2 project (https://gbatemp.net/threads/underta...ectional-pc-switch-conversion-ability.542897/) so that it actually has a compiled Windows executable, and doesn't require Python to be installed at all (unless you want to run the python file directly).

Hi, i know it's too late to say but from 2 or 3 weeks ago I tried and it worked but when i hacked the save data and went to the game my save has been deleted !! ( i start over) to be honest i don't know if it's from your files or if the save editor

I think that maybe you changed something wrong in the files when trying to hack the save data. Although the data should not be deleted, I will investigate about it to see if I can see what is causing it

This is perfect! I can turn my switch file into pc, edit it, and turn it back to switch! Perfect method for undertale nintendo switch save editing!

Try to generate them again, it seems they didn't convert correctly, or send me the original file.

file is not being made when used, ran from command prompt and python app but no file made, just ends

This is only for converting save files, dont know how you would install a mod through this

Can anyone help me? whenever I load my converted save it is blank. I was trying to load a genocide sans fight save, but get the begin game option meaning I have to reset. Is there a fix?

Late on this but would using this methode could cause a ban if a store the save files on the official Nintendo cloud service? My game is not pirated, but I don't want to bother playing the whole game again on Switch now that I have half-way beaten on PC.
