Can we give -1's? If so...

-1 to Muramasa: God this game isn't good. It's very pretty to look at but the combat is repetitive as hell, the level design is non-existent, and the RPG aspects don't get nearly as deep as they should. So many areas of the game as absolutely blank and empty for no reason other then to say "HEY LOOK AT HOW GOOD THIS GAME LOOKS". It's boring as all sin though.

+1 to Quantum of Solace: Very underrated Wii shooter. It won't win any awards and the visuals are crap but it's a surprisingly good shooter. The CoD4 engine works well enough and the cover system works great. It makes for some fun splitscreen, especially since it's one of the only FPS games to have splitscreen.

+1 to Crystal Bearers: So many people hated this game while it was really a decent enough Zelda-esque game. It wasn't FFCC by any means but it was a good game.

+1 to No More Heroes: I wouldn't call this underrated though, it got pretty good reviews and established quite a fanbase (myself included), enough for a sequel (which wasn't even half as good as the first). Regardless the game is one of my favorites this gen. Great character design (both in personalities and boss designs), great art style (although some people think it's awful, I think it's quite cool), and the controls are fun. A must-own for any smart Wii owner, especially since it's only $20 or less brand new.

EDIT: Some more.

+1 to Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces: Pretty much the only flight action game that isn't shovelware. Some of the visuals suck but it controls well enough with the Gamecube remote and works with practice with the odd Wiimote/nunchuck scheme.

+1 to The Godfather: Blackhand Edition: Probably the best version of The Godfather out there. Great GTA "clone" that has enough unique elements to distinguish it from the pack. And all the Wii features work great. Hand-to-hand combat is great, aiming is great, and the extra missions and bonuses are better. Extorting business and making mob wars are always fun.

+1 Scarface: Another GTA "clone", although it's not as good as The Godfather. Still fun though.

Lol, saying Muramasa is bad doesn't' change the fact it's underrated.

No, it means it's "overrated". If by "underrated" you mean "games that didn't go mainstream or aren't insanely popular" then you're definition of "underrated" is wrong. "Underrated" pretty much means games that got generally bleak reception from reviews/other sources but are in fact much better than they are led to be. Muramasa got generally good reviews.

EDIT: And if we can't give -1's to games that are just bad I may as well start listing off all the shitty shovelware games that don't go mainstream. Those may be bad but apparently they're "underrated"!

Oh, okay. Sorry. Fine then, give -1 to Muramasa. It's the communities opinion anyway.

Add another -1 to Muramasa. Seen it in extensive action and had myself talked up enough times to almost buy it, but each exposure I get sums up how bad it really is from all Guild there said.

I can think of 5 games that need a +1 to them.
+1 - Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings - It's indy, great controls oddly, good story, solid adventure.
+1 - Klonoa - It's short, not terribly hard until the last parts that get a little tricky, but it's high quality fun.
+1 - The Munchables - Another Namco brainless moment of solid game, and no awareness, it's unique.
+1 - Sky Crawlers - The only flight sim on a disc where motion controls work amazingly well, good game.
+1 - Pinball Hall of Fame William's Collection - Ton of real, tables, super clear, solid gameplay and physics.

All of them were underrated and really did deserve more respect. Indy was a good solid 8.5 type game, but got ripped on by mostly the mainstream media and often some comment was the tip off that 'I am mad the HD version was cut so I'm going to be a cunt about it' type stuff. The Pinball game was hit/miss on scoring but it was a damn fine game and really good if you know the tables as it plays very very well. Sky Crawlers was done by the Ace Combat game team, it shows, it just plays that damn well and the motion controls for once are spot on right. And then the last two they rated fine, but underrated since Namco of America and it's marketing department is run by the special olympics last place contenders whereas only things that sparkle and flash like their arcade games hit their hollow eyes so everything else gets poor release quantities and zero ad awareness.

i think budokai tenkaichi 2 has a better story mode than 3

Not really. Tenkaichi 2 is good but Tenkaichi 3 is better because it's longer and more characters(even though half of em are clones)

+1 No More Heroes I agree with that.
+1 Wii sports Resort.
+1 Bully.

and ther other games that I included.

Is Wii Sports Resort really underrated? It even comes with one of the Wii bundles.
