Unbrick new 3ds blue screen without backup?

Hello everybody, it is possible to unbrick a new 3ds without the nand backup? the console is on ofw.

This will depend on the cause. Why is it on blue screen?

If it is software caused you can try repairing it by ntrbooting into GodMode9 to run CTRTransfer Type D9 script.

Obviously not possible on hardware error. The error number might give a hint.
