Is it bricked or banned?
I'm sorry pal, but you can't unban a console. If you were banned for a clear, justifiable ban, Nintendo won't help you.
If you believe you're bricked, I think you can find prod.keys online, and you need your own nand backup.

Edit the first post with what the hell you did. How can you expect to get any meaningful help without providing information?

Can you insert and edit the files of your SD card on your computer? Try updating your sigpatches. Replace what you have on your SD with what's on here: https://github.com/eXhumer/patches

You'll have to run your Switch through fusee-primary, with or without hekate. I've always had more success running it directly. Please anyone else, correct me if I'm wrong.
