Hacking Unable to Validate Stage 1 & 2 - A9LH

I've done all the steps, multiple times as in restarting from the beginning.

And the same result as a .APP and .TMD are missing every time.

The troubleshooting guide does not cover .APP errors, and I tried it anyway with no improvement.

Also, is there any easier way to install A9LH if a hardmod is present?
( I have one installed to the NAND )

Do you have a custom font or something like that? That messes it up. Also, if you have a hardmod you could do this instead. (Yeah, it's in spanish). It shortens the process quite a bit.

I do not have a custom font, but how would I go about fixing it if for some reason I do?

Edit: If anything I believe I corrupted my H&S app as it only shows up as FBI and does not allow me to run it when I first start up in SysNAND, using MiniPasta allows me to use it, but I guess its a sign I screwed up.
Any way to fix that?

You can just download the original font online and install it with fbi.

Are you following the plailect guide? You're not supposed to inject fbi to your sysnand. It can't work in sysnand unless you disable signature checks, which is what minipasta does.

I followed the guide, but I injected FBI into the H&S app a while ago for other purposes, though I feel like now I basically screwed the H&S app for good.

I doubt the font is the problem as I never screwed with it, could it be the H&S app? And any way to fix it?

I don't think the H&S app is the problem. I just recently installed a9lh on a 3ds that didn't have the original H&S app.

Have you tried looking at older versions of the troubleshooting guide? Some stuff got taken out because some users thought it was "confusing" and they bricked themselves.

"Validation Stage 1: FAILED" and "Validation Stage 2: FAILED" The error I get every time I try "One-Click Setup".

Nothing else on the page helps...
