Well, I guess I'll start it to go. Just post a reply with your info and I'll edit it in this post. Let's use a standardized method to test. Run the test more than once just to be sure. Use the quick bench.
Also be sure to include information about the card. Just follow my examples and any other relevant information you might want to note. Saying which games ran fine probably won't help since it'll grow too large. Instead, list problematic games and any other notes. I guess everyone should be encouraged to test Castlevania POR since that seems to be a big issue for these cards. The write performance shouldn't matter too much since it's only access when saves are stored. Read is the meat of the issue I believe so I'm only including that.
Also, the type of reader you use can GREATLY affect your performance. Example, I use to use the flash readers built into my printer. After I switched to a dedicated reader, wow. However, as long as the reader is USB2.0, should be good. I'm not sure about those little thumb usb reader that the R4/M3 bundles. I think mine ran kind of slow so I just used the dedicated reader.

I've found that my SanDisk 2gb MicroSD is absolutely horrible for transferring files to and from. On the SC(ONE) the DoS intro is unbearably choppy and the DS(ONE) gives it a maximum score of "5" (which is 2x). If i set the speed for anything faster than 2x in the SC(ONE) settings, many games freeze up during/or halfway through booting. The card works great on the SC.Lite though the DoS intro, about half-way into it, does not run smooth (but more smoothly than on the SCSD) and PoR gets random freezes.

Edit: Magikalfly's tests appear to be invalid. It seems my reader is limiting speeds to about 7.4MB/s no matter what card I use.
Edit: It seems like a lot of cards are plenty fast. It depends on the reader. But if suspected "slower" cards are just as fast as "faster" cards, what's the real difference? I mean, comapro got pretty similar results between the Kingston Japan and Taiwan. But what matters in the end is if the flash cart likes it. If someone could just program a homebrew speed tester program, that way it would run off the FLASH CART's reader, which is the only reader and writer that really matters.
