Hacking uLoader --> NTSC / PAL

Ive downloaded NTSC games and clearly they work, but I was told if I downloaded a PAL game it would work to but would just have to force the video to NTSC to get color? Is this correct?

Well I just downloaded Pikmin 2 PAL cause it was the only version I could find and I cant get it to seem to play in uLoader 5.0. After I click Load Disc, the disc spins and then the screen goes black?

Is it a bad game download or do I have to play with the settings? if so what settings?

If memory serves, Pikmin 2 is one of those PAL games that absolutely cannot run in 480i[NTSC]. Do you have a component cable so you can run it in 480p? That way it should work on your TV.
