UK striking Europe December 8

HMV.jpg

As they sweeping up the broken glass, bruised noggins, shattered HD-TVs, and crushed egos that have been hitting here in relation to people
getting carried away with playing with their Wii's, let's take a quick look at the Europe's D-day for the Wii launching, "D" for December that is.

Nintendo UK has just announced that they'll be partnering with HMV for the launch which will be held at HMV,
150 Oxford Street, London, this December 7, 11 p.m. - exactly an hour before the December 8 midnight launch. Expect the Wii bundle to sell for £179.99 (€249 (US$ 328).

For the guys who'll be in line, expect sports celebrities like Ian Wright, Jodie Kidd, Pat Cash and Ricky Hatton to be there to face you off in a friendly match of Wii Sports,
which will be available for play on site. And for the lucky first 200 in line, they'll be churning out a special limited edition The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess tin for your copy of the game.
