I used to love prince of persia but the moment it went cell shaded in my opinion it as ruined. I hope this will be as great as the first ones and not just be another movie game.

Loved the Sands of Time game, really good game IMHO.
    Loved the difficulty of it.

Are you serious??? That game was one of the best, albeit too easy. Now this is the one that is gonna suck nuts. Movie + game= FAIL......with the exception of Wolverine [IMG]

I used to love Prince of Persia, but the moment it went 3D, in my opinion, it was ruined.

Except for the Cel-shaded one, that was kickass.

Street Fighter: The Movie: Video Game anyone?

Just re-release the first game and pretty it up a bit, that way you wont piss people off when it turns out "bleh".

Can't say I'm expecting much for a game that is announced and released within six months. Now if it turned out to have actually had a long development time like Ubi's good games then I'll be looking forward to it, other than that I'll treat it as a typical movie tie in.

I wonder how Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation will react to this? He claims the three Sands of Time games had the elements of the best game ever

The cel shaded game was really nice.Elika was a wonderful sidekick.
I hope this one is as good as the previous game.Wish its not just a crappy movie game.

yeh i did try it lol, and yes it was a great game but it just didnt feel the same, hard to explain, just wasnt my sort of game ( But most people do think it was a gr8 move going in to the cell shaded side of things, opinions differ i guess )

I really didn't mind the cel-shadiness of the last game. That game's art direction was pretty cool.

Anyway, what the heck? I thought they wrapped up the Sands trilogy. This game had better be orgasmic, or else.

forgotten sands? does it mean tht the storyline will continue with the rebirth of another villian
movie looks like it could be good and i loved the Prince of Persia 2008 (cell shaded) best due to the acrobatics
i wish the handhelds mentioned should include DS and hopefully more combat even for it
the PC/PS3 etc version should have more combats as they have promised since the acrobatics were wonderful
the older versions had a huge variation of combat but i hope they leave out any warrior within concepts and concentrate on two thrones and PoP 08
