The only company I feel a bit sorry for is Atlus, just visited a site that does you know what and noticed nearly all their games have been downloaded at least 25000, now that's got to make a difference to sales.

Where as, and I was still quite surprised, the most an Imagine game had been downloaded was 13000, with most under 10000, who are these people.

Ubisoft can place piracy checks on their Imagine games for all god can care. Nobody will bother cracking it. They suck, and they are blaming it on us pirates, if its from something like Rockstar fro GTA CW, more reasonable. But Ubisoft? FUCKING UBISOFT? They should GTFO. Actually, Ubisoft is making C.O.P. , which many people are hyped for, if they made this statement with C.O.P in the list, it might have been 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000....00000001% more convincing considering that the list has one game that isn't complete shovelware (though it may not even be that good)

Just as a reminder, Ubisoft talked about games as a whole, not only DS games. According to Guillemot the most problematic market is that of PC games.

I only played 3 games by Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed (PC), Grandia 2 (PC), and No More Heroes (Wii). And I thought they were all great, but I guess I could have just played the good ones by chance and managed to avoid all the crappy ones

.

On a sidenote, the majority of the games I pirate download obtain are mostly for the DS and PC.
