Hi, so two questions regarding installing cia's.

1) are ftp transfer apps a reliable way to transfer large files like cia's? or are they only reliable enough for small files?

(i've used "super ftpd || turbo" to transfer back and forth home screen backgrounds and backup game saves, but don't know whether or not it would be reliable enough to be safe to transfer over large cia's to my 3ds or not as well)

2) is fbi still the best/most reliable cia installer at this point?
