Gaming Two broken DS's fixable?

Hello again, I have finally received the DS's and I believe I have located the problem, but I have no idea if this is fixable but I reckon with a bit of solder it might.

Here I have circled a missing part which I noticed was loose in the case. The DS was not charging, neither was it turning on so I wondered whether anyone thinks this could be fixed?

motherboard will not turn on without L2 inductor present, however it will not prevent it from charging, so if it's not charging - it must have some other problem as well
