Two 3DS bundles coming to UK

Nintendo of Europe has announced that two 3DS bundles will come to UK.

Super Mario 3D Land pack: Ice White 3DS console + Super Mario 3D Land game

Nintendogs + cats bundle: Coral Pink 3DS console + Nintendogs + cats: Golden R game

Interesting. Though I wish they would stop selling new consoles without the inevitable second slider pad. The white one is appealing but they won't get a penny from me until they either release the second revision with or without the second slider pad.

I'm hoping for a Red 3DS and Mario Kart 7 bundle before christmas.
Oh and they ruined the Nintendogs bundle by making it pink
The first DS i got was a special blue with Nintendogs Best Friends edition

why would you want a 3DS with a second slider when virtually no games support that feature yet?

and if in case more games support a second slider, by then it will be clear that the slider extension would have been successfully integrated into the 3DS fanbase. why? because they pull each other up. if the slider pad succeeds, more games will support it. if it doesn't, less games will bother adding support for it. the only clear exception would be games that are built with the premise of dual sliders in mind.

I don't feel like spending that kind of money only to have it outdated in less than a year. So I want to know if they are actually going to integrate the second slider in the second revision or just leave it as it is. We've all seen how unappealing the adapter is, right?

TL;DR future proofing for the incoming dual slider enabled games.

I may put some cash down for a Resident Evil: Revelations plus slider pad bundle or I may not as I kinda expect a revision sometime next year.

Man, I really, really like the white color. But I'm happy with my Black one. I hope we'll eventually see a 3DS/MK7 bundle.
