I am trying to load up Myst through The lightmenu++ but it says I need to use a Donor Rom? How do I set up a host Rom?

Based on the screenshot, search for a late DS ROM and press Y, and if it's shown as SDK5, set it as a donor ROM.
If you don't see the option after scrolling down, search for another ROM.
