A lot of Wii's could also play GameCube games. I doubt they wouldn't port it to the WiiU just because it was a Wii game. TP had a Gamecube release and was actually intended to be a Gamecube only game. But it's release got delayed and as a result the Wii saw a port of it too.

I would honestly prefer to play it on the 3DS though. It would be cool to play and it's my second favorite Zelda game. (with Ocarina of Time still holding 1st place for me)

but without perfect compatibility :/

With ALMOST perfect compatibility ;)

Only 1 game remain with issues, which is only because it runs too fast.

but without perfect compatibility :/

Back to topic: this Modification like the "Twilight Princess 3D as recently played" was the first of its kind, right? D:

Though I would have been banned for playing homebrew with my 3ds connected to internet. But not.

I can see nintendo getting sued lol...

Ban someone for clicking on a link from a legit app on there system.
thats real bull and sucks.
Thats kinda like clicking a facebook link and next thing you know your ban from your ISP and no longer have internet.

As a joke? Maybe. If I pass someone after playing Blargsnes or some other homebrew would it come up right? I would assume so.

I remember seeing a picture on ZeldaInformer of someone streetpassing MM3D, and it was like December I think. Probably photoshop though. But it had the correct game icon, which was kinda odd to me when I saw the real icon when it came out and realized it's the same one. Dunno.

There you get a point. Maybe Twilight Princess 3d is coming for real :O

It sure would be awesome :D
But having two Zelda remakes on the same console in such a short time period sounds too good to be true

but It's not impossible, I guess.
Nintendo already ported other Games to 3DS, so it should be possible to do this with a Gamecube-Game

If Xenoblade Chronicles, as a Wii title, was ported as a New 3DS exclusive, I guess Nintendo would do the same with Twilight Princess to give more reasons to buy a N3DS. Because what else will boost sales of a console then a exclusive port of the second best selling Zelda title in history right?
Still, I would want a WiiU HD remake a lot more. This game deserves better and I have enough of this cartoonish cel-shaded Zeldas... The WiiU Zelda doesn't impress me with it style at all as well.

And about the bans. How many reports are there about a ban? ONLY one, are your sure? From what I understand, the bans where not from going to that link directly, but via the streetpass plaza button that lets you go to the e-shop when you look at what someone else was playing. And because of that, the ban would be not because of the link itself, but the way you enter the shop, like, via that hacked mii information. Maybe the e-shop detects not only your information but that hacked mii as well and treat it as one soooo... everybody is a hacker according to Nintendo xD

I don't know, it's so crazy I barely belive this myself! But at the same time, intriguing as hell.

I think it was funny Anne Frankly, I don't like your attitude.
