Homebrew Twilight Manager++ problem

So... I'm just trying to play Tomodachi Collection, and whenever I save and exit the game, my game doesn't actually save! I don't know if this is the game's problem, or if its a Twilight Manager++ problem. Please help!

It's an nds-bootstrap issue.
What's the size of the .sav file?

actually, i was reading the wrong file. its 262 KB.
