Hardware TV mode and USB is not working after P13USB replacement

check pi3usb ic pins diode value to see any of those is huge different. Then maybe replace a new pi3usb ic or heat it up 150c to see anything change

The measured diode value around pi3usb is about 40-50 different from expected value. Is it huge difference?

hi, im having similar issue with the switch that i am working on. charge port messed up after changing. unit will not turn on. found some short and replaced the p13usb chip, after which was able to turn on. tested the dock and no hdmi output. i did continuity test on first filter and it has no resistance. i havn't tested the usb if its able to connect to pc though.

so far i have replaced all the filters near p13usb, still the same. i have checked the new usb port using fxdx diagram seemed to be good. has anybody found a fix for this ?
