It can only be done on a jailbroken Wii-U on firmware 6.x. Even then, you have to have installed an LG CT10N Slim Blu-Ray Combo Drive in the Wii-U as well to play the PS4 discs. If you're just looking to play them off the HDD, then you can simply plug your PS4 HDD to the Wii-U through a USB enclosure, load the Netflix app up and when it asks you what cheats you want enabled, swap the disc in the Wii-U drive with the Utopia Bootdisc. From there, you can load and play PS1 through PS4 games.
