use french version of pack hack, it will work, I tested with English version and it not working

I test and build the cia of @Thunder Kai with french version (because I am french), I tried with English version and it return to RSF error

I know this probably isn't the right place to ask but I don't think my question really deserves it's own thread.

Would it be possible to make a romhack of X/Y/OR/AS that just modifies the characters movement speed and maybe speeds up battles (skip exp gain/hp bar animation, etc) a bit? I've kind of spoiled myself by playing Pokemon on emulators for too long and trying to play Y right now on my 3DS feels really slow.

I remember there were codes to do this on HG/SS which I used when playing on my Acekard.
