Well yeah, i only rid off the eshop ban and NNID error with the transfer, and after all that stuff still getting the online error, so i injected the public LFCS_B and after that all was fully functional, i already set up a new NNID, got it into the eshop, even play trough mario kart.

So you did tranfer a banned system to another banned system the target system is still banned and the source one is totally unbanned,is that what you mean?

I will wait after 7 days to transfer back the data to an emunand and recover my second banned 3ds. I hope this works, my first 3DS has a9lh in sysnand, recovered fully functional by this method, and i had an unlinked emunand, maybe i will do a full SD backup and emunand backup to try this later.

Device ID mismatch. You're patching in a spoofed ID but DeviceCert still has your original ID. So, two conflicting IDs are being sent to the server, thus resulting in this error.

Can't you load the backup of the source nand to recover what you lost, but with the newly generated ID?

Since DeviceID is only being patched in ACT and ACT gives eShop a token, I think it's just some SOAP service trying to authenticate with a banned DeviceID and failing, unless ACT actually passes the DeviceID on with the token. Doesn't matter a whole lot, there's a common solution anyway.

@shelby--san @Majickhat55 I came up with a new idea. What if me or someone offers a service, to use my own 3DS as a slave for system transfers to receive banned data from everyone's 3DS. cleansing a bunch of 3DS in the process.
Example: My 3DS (Banned) and two other 3DS (Both banned)
They both system transfer to my 3DS one at a time and both 3DS will be ban free, while my slave one will be banned.

Would this be a good idea to help unban some users? Aside from the shipping problem?
Basically going from banned to banned to remove bans left and right.

That could be an idea, I think? (don't wanna say it would work if it does not)

Only the source 3DS will be able to create an NNID.

The other 3DS you will use for sacrifice, will be banned.

....or you are saying that your two 3DSes are both banned and you expect both being unbanned?

There's yet to test, like this case.
and if you link your affected NNID again to your source 3DS. (It's impossible though. Since the Target 3DS technically will have it no?)

No. The source( 3ds banned , can't Link a new Nintendo Network cause i unlink NNID) is totally unban with systransfer but after the systransfer and Nand backup, the 3ds target can totally unban cause i unlink the NNID on the source 3ds before the systransfer?

Or if i format with Tinyformat my3ds hacks with a newnnidsave.bin injected like he?

The only limitation to my idea would be that you can only transfer a set amount of times per year. I'm not sure if this applies to outgoing transfers or incoming transfers.

If sending data forward removes the ban, then that means a banned buddy can send banned data to another banned buddy and create one single ban rather than two.

My main banned and my sister unbanned.

Was that confirmed to be true (limited transfer limit) ?
I thought it only applied to NNID transfers, when you call Nintendo.

Just want to be sure before I try...do I have to have a9lh on both systems or just one?

Im pretty much screwed at this point either way...since I don't have another 3DS with a9lh on it that I can transfer my banned 3DS over.

And the only way to transfer files and still keep your a9lh that's been tested is from a 3DS that has no CFW to one that does and not the other way around. If I'm remembering correctly.

No. A9LH is on the firm partition

I got a few more questions sorry.
First does this completely leave each 3ds unbanned, or is that only if you dont have an eshop ban on the source?
Second do you need to call nintendo to make a new nnid on the old system, or can you just generate a new one(I would add instruction on how to do this to the op for those of us that dont care about phbank or have any nnid related info we want to keep)?
