oh, it's a problem with ctrtool.
you have to find a x32 or x64 bits version (idk which), and replace it in the program file folder

Because I included a newer version of ctrtool, just try to find an older version from 2014 or 2015

I tried the x86 ver and it did not work????
When did you update the pack hack last? Can you send me a copy from like a month ago?

I can not find any that work. This happened last time too. Then I just installed my missing dll and it worked. (The dll is already installed)

@UranusDarkness Try this. Even if the file seems to be corrupted, try anyways.
Rebuild it, recompress it, delete the old one with your custom file in the RomFS, and rebuild the cia (ciar) encrypt the cia and install it

Providing CIA files, even if manipulated, is not tolerated by the Staff. People can possibly help you out modifying certain files at most.
