Hardware Turn to 50hz on Semi-Bricked wii?

yo seems like I just semi-bricked my WII with brawl and I even can't play it because I have a Pal Wii and I have to turn 50hz
but ofcourse I can't just go to the system config now...
so is there anyother way to turn it to 50hz?

err what chip do you have?

there is no way i guess. may a new update ?3.2E? will help

You can run a gamecube game in 50hz and it will set your wii back to 50hz. Be aware though that this only works one way and you can't use a gamecube game to set it back to 60hz so don't do this if you have any NTSC games that require 60hz to run.

You'll also find that running in 50hz makes it run too slow and you won't be able to change it back to 60hz after wards.

how did you semi brick your Wii?

Was it a 3.1E firmware before?
Did you wait for the update to finish or did the 15% metroid trick?

I'd like to update my Pal Wii (chip Wiinja DX) with Brawl but I don't want to semi-brick

thx mate it works now, and its as fast as it should be.
