but ofcourse I can't just go to the system config now...
so is there anyother way to turn it to 50hz?

I hope you can help me

    thanks

You can run a gamecube game in 50hz and it will set your wii back to 50hz. Be aware though that this only works one way and you can't use a gamecube game to set it back to 60hz so don't do this if you have any NTSC games that require 60hz to run.

You'll also find that running in 50hz makes it run too slow and you won't be able to change it back to 60hz after wards.

    Hello!
how did you semi brick your Wii?

Was it a 3.1E firmware before?
Did you wait for the update to finish or did the 15% metroid trick?

I'd like to update my Pal Wii (chip Wiinja DX) with Brawl but I don't want to semi-brick
