My wii will turn on light is green but i hear nothing going on.

I'm not deaf because last time i turned this thing on it sounded like a jet engine.
It is homebrewed and it is a older model of the normal wii (i can install bootmii with boot 2 or something like that)
Nothing is on the tv it doesn't even receive a signal
Its just a constant quiet beeeeep noise so it might be a issue with power?
Please help

Presumably u did a hard power reset and it made no difference?

Sounds like it could be the power brick

If you have a multimeter, you could check the voltages.

edit:

Do you have bootmii as boot2 installed? If you take the SD card out does the drive slot flash on boot?

I ask because this would mean it's getting far enough to execute boot2.

Borrow a friend's power brick to test it out? Not sure if that's a possibility in your situation

i did install bootmii as boot2. i dont have a mutltimeter
