The problem is for people like me I use different payloads for different reasons. Different CFWs for different reasons. The only way to boot up a different CFW/Payload is to reboot. No one is saying turn it off because it shouldn't be on, or don't get banned or whatever. What we are saying is, little nuisance of huge issue, it's a problem that needs to be fixed and whether or not you turn your system off or whether or not you need to turn it off NOW or later, whenever someone DOES need to turn it off, for whatever reason, this will indeed be a problem that no one needs.
And as confirmed by many others including myself, it's not AutoRCM since many of us do not have that installed and have this issue even while being in the OFW.
EDIT: Also for people, like me, who develop mods for games and need to test and ensure things work properly on it's native hardware. Every issue needs to be fixed and sometimes it's minor and takes a second... Meaning 1 second later, after holding down the power button forever, I would need to do it again. Many many times.
