I just got nitrograffix and jn the readme it said most of the usa roms are encrypted. All i have to work with is my phone lol i don't have a pc. Well I looked in the playstore and found nothing. And the programs it recommended are for windows. An emulator was recommended and something call PCE toy. So. Am I outta luck then?
