Yes, because the TTDS supports Micro sdhcs, which means that you can have micro sd's over 2 gigs. Also, some people said it works perfectly fine.

...or does it? All I know is I have a 4GB and thankfully, that's the top for FAT(New VFAT16).

Anything over 4GB and you must use FAT32 to format the whole drive. This works very slow (instead of very fast FAT) and jerky in the DSTT menu.

We are hoping for a firmware speed-up with FAT32 but I'm not sure.

What that means it you are limited to about 60-70 (plus a few) average nds files with 4GB.

If we had a stated commitment for fix it, we could consider over 4GB.

How is your >4GB flash working with DSTT?

My 8GB Sandisk is about half full and is working great, but I only use my DSTT for Moonshell and a couple of games and it's got the browsers on it. Almost all the games are on the R4.

I have both TTMenu and YSMenu on it. On both I haven't noticed any slowdowns. It's probably because of the low amount of nds files.

edit: it's formatted FAT32
