Homebrew Trying to install rxtools on new3ds 9.0.0 20

hmm im trying to install RXtools. put the dat and firmware on my SD. now im loading up browser on my sysnand
but nothing happens.. says loading rxtools.dat

Yeah, it only works on o3ds
