Booting the console show no signal on TV.

BootMii and Priiloader are installed but can't access it. Show flashing blue light on disc drive when SD card is inserted in the console. The SD card has the nessesary files.

Wiimote could initially turn on the console but can't connect to console anymore.

Wifi and Bluetooth module replaced. Neither do anything.

Last use before the issues happen, the console was on standby mode.

Not turning on with Wii Remote is expected here. Wii Remote is paired to the Bluetooth module.
============

Remove all peripherals: USB, SD, GameCube controllers, GameCube Memory Cards, game disc

Process of elimination. Try
  • Your power adapter on a known good Wii
  • Known good power adapter on your Wii
  • Different TV cable
  • Different TV
If you can narrow down the problem to the actual console hardware by ruling out everything else, please check the voltage regulator mentioned in this thread.

Good luck!
