127.0.0.1 is the IP you use to connect to your own servers. (localhost)

AndroidDem0man needs to give out the proper IP

but okay, I'm sorry for misleading you.

Since you're legit, might I recommend joing another server? This one is obviously too poorly managed to be taken seriously, and there are countless of small servers seeking users (especially role playing/"clan" servers).

That sir, is another local IP. However that is within your LAN (Local Area Network). Unfortunately, we are not within your LAN, but in the WAN (Wide Area Network, aka the Internet). Use a site like http://whatismyip.com/ to find your "External" IP address, which is what people can connect to. Unless, of course, you're trolling.

I have a pretty nice bukkit server that I use with all my friends that has multiple worlds and stuff, and I just recently got faster internet, but I'd need to set permissions and forward my ports again before I give the IP.

And you guys need to go to whatsmyip.org and give us the IP shown there, not the one that shows up in IPconfig >.>

If not, I don't even recommend you managing a server at all.

Well if thats not working then idk, Maybe i should try bringing back my hamchi shit. i can't use bukkit it won't work, and i was just using mcadmin which wasnt working for you guys. Try joining Sascraft123 on hamachi and pass is 123. then on mc join 5.171.93.151

Also, forwarding my ports took about 3 minutes but setting permissions may take a while given the fact that I have no idea what I'm doing.

And only my phone works with internet. 1st of all SCREW YOU ANTOLIGY!!!! my server is better than yours cause we actualy have FUN!!!!!! Also why did you unsticky this. My server is amazing. The server will be on around 5 PM. And i will make backups daily! And SCREWWWWWWWW YOUUU ANTONILGY OR HOWEVER YOU SPELL YOUR NAME!!

Probably because if he wanted to make a server he could have just posted it or ask Antoligy to add it to the post in the Minecraft server sticky.


And, I have to agree, you should have made back ups in the first place, and if your laptop is overheating and shutting off that's kinda of the sign that running a server on it maybe too much for it.

Hell, my Terraria server world saves itself every so often so that the world stays.
