In a bout of boredom, I decrypted the eShop release of True Remembrance to see if it was possible to port the PC translation to this remake. Unfortunately, it isn't without finding out what kind of encryption it uses or breaking said encryption from scratch.

All of the text can be found within the Data folder named ###.bin.LzSS.BIN, which are all ironically not compatible with the existing LZSS tools. The text is in Shift-JIS format within these files, but all script and text commands are encrypted and make it difficult to edit without the possibility of breaking the game.

More Bin files and in every folder except for Data. These seem pretty much like they're just encrypted TGA files, although I don't know what kind of encryption is used.

If anyone wants to have a go at this, here's one of the text files.
