Hacking Trouble installing reactPSN

Help! I did what the tutorials said but after I created the "aa" user and run the reactPSN, blacked then it said error 80010017

Help pleease I don't know what I did wrong, I have a reactPSN 3.20

I think it doesn't work on HAN..... same here. I also am having problems with all install games exept for small games like psn games , ps1 games , all ps3 games wont work they will give in the middle of install an error occured. Even if they are signed.

Ohh, I think I'll just downgrade and install CFW. Thanks for the replyy
