the word troll is whats funniest. the word is used in is original form by rydian as "Circulate, move around" or "Sing loudly and without inhibition"
then again, i never knew trolling can reach such heights as he mentioned.
but u cant stop forum post trolling... thats against the laws of fun forum fights

So if this goes into effect will anyone in TN will who sees an offensive image on the internet be able to bring a case to court because it was disturbing or scary? (Even if the original poster was not from TN). Will they still be allowed to make horror movies in TN? what about displaying those movies at theaters? What about Artists? Will it be illegal to display a Giger painting? The wording on this is way too vague to be useful.

This new law has trolled me and caused me emotional distress, you are now thrown in jail and fined Tennessee.
I feel the same way. After seeing this law I went and cried for several hours and I can't get the horrible picture of it getting passed out of my head.

We are messed either way. Either trolls get to us, denying us a safe Internet experience (Chaos), or there are laws that can be used to get people guilty very easily (Law).
I hope there is a "Neutral" approach to this...

I don't live in Tennessee, but seriously What...the...****

How did this law even come into existance....it's flawed and stupid in every sense of the manner!

Why are we letting idiots make these laws!? Why!
