ROM Hack translation language for nds roms?

hi. can we translate orginal language of game to another languages for nds roms? and for example ı don't know japanese so playing is too boring.
can you advise for this problem?

What games do you want to translate? Each game has different problem.

ı want to translate language that games are Pokemon Platinum and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

I didn't say translate to English before. ı say that if there is a way to translate other languages via a software or program ı want to use it. And I know these games in english too. I mean that ds games are translated by myself.

It's a very long and complicated process. There is no simple GUI program that does the work for you. You have to learn some manner of ROM hacking skills.

Actually Pokemon is quite easy to translate. It takes time, yes, but there's tons of tools that are easy to use.

Look into thenewpoketext for Pokemon translations. Once you use it, it'll take the whole script and make it into a text file, so you can easily translate it. Then you can insert it back into the ROM. I used it for script changes in my Pokemon hack.

ı use to translate language gameboy games ADVANCE-TEXT program. but ı didn't find like this program for nds games. is there a tools or software for this work?
