Homebrew Transferring to a second sd card

I have 2 sd cards, one with all the files required to run homebrew. Is there a way to run an ftp server or something, switch the card and move files onto the second?

I'm hacking a friend's 3ds and don't have access to an adapter where I am.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
