Hello all!!

Like many people, I'm trying to legalize some of my legit saves. By legit I mean I've (me, my wife or my children) played thoses saves, they are not downloaded nor moded.

My Swicth OLED is born with a chipset, so:
- My SysMMC is in 16.0.3
- My SysMMC have only be used to pass throught the initials screen (1st boot to the desktop)
- My SysMMC has never had the taste of Internet, it's pristine
- My EmuNAND is stuffed with games, and some other apps (Tinfoil, JKSV, and the ones that came by default when you install Hekate/Atmosphere)
- My EmuNAND is in 18.xxx firmware.

My plan is:
- Send some of my saves (BOTW/TOTK/Wonder/Odyssey and... that's all) from Emu => Sys
- continue playing those games on SysMMC (once I've moved the saves, I gonna use the legit cartdridges to avoid ban)
- Continue playing the other games on EmuNAND

From what i've understood:
- I need to make a full backup of my saves for all my users on EmuNAND
- Update SysMMC to the latest
- create my EmuMMC profiles on Sysnand
- Insert my cartdridges on SysMMC and create a new save
- Create a new EmuNAND based on this fresh SysMMC

At this point, my SysMMC and EmuNAND are at the same state (except of course the basics apps that came with hekate/atmosphere).

And starting from there, I don't know what to do.
Some people says "Use checkpoint it's easy as f0ck", others says "no you're gonna be banned", but I've never found a detailled How-to.

Someone can explain, with detailled steps, what to do next?

Please and thanks a lot !

Ok, seems like it's easier than I thought:

- Install game + updates + DLC in both CFW-emuMMC and OFW-sysMMC (or course, on sysMMC you use your real cartdridges, onlines updates, paid DLC)
- launch the game(s) at least once to create a save file on OFW-sysMMC (if multiple profiles, you need to create a save for each game and each profile)
- you need to mirror user profiles too, if you have saves to transfert from 2 or more profiles
- Save your saves using JKSV on CFW-emuMMC
- boot CFW-sysMMC, launch JKSV (via Album ,DO NOT INSTALL ANY NSP OR WHATEVER ON sysMMC) and restore everything

Now you have:
- games in same state (DLC, update) in CFW-emuMMC / OFW and CFW-sysMMC
- same save states in CFW-emuMMC / OFW and CFW-sysMMC

What I don't know for now:
- Do I need to block DNS on CFW-sysMMC?
- Does those lines for launching CFW-sysMMC are OK (safest):
[CFW - sysMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
emummc_force_disable=1
atmosphere=1
