Hacking Transferring large amounts of games

Basically, my friend landed me his 1tb external hard drive.
I have 3 hard drives (that works), 750,125, and 250(this one is partitioned 50gb into fat32).
How would i transfer his 1tb of games into those 3 other hard drives?
Should I format the other drives to WBFS?
I was thinking of just using a Wii game backup manager, and select up to 750 gb of games and copy etc.

Best is going to be subjective and depend on the setups, but I would just format the drives with fat32 or ext3 and load what ever games you want in wbfs files onto said partitions. This way you don't have to worry about a wbfs partition.
