    I have

    -NDS,
    -M3DS Real,
    -microSDHC,

    and I don't have

    -microSDHC-adapter.

I'm asking myself if it's possible to still transfer data to the microSDHC via the WiFi-capabilities of the NDS?

Or in case I'm getting my hands on an adapter if there's some kind of software which I will need only once to transfer so I will be able to transfer data to the microSDHC once the software is installed on it, running via M3DS Real?

there's probably an ftp homebrew available out there, but it's really not worth it.
you'd spend pretty much an hour downloading a single game, with a high chance of the file getting corrupted along the way.

best is to spend $1-$5 on a cardreader

yes, what thedicemaster said is pretty much 100% true. Just spend a couple dollars and get a microSDHC reader.

How would you get the ftp homebrew on the SDHC in the first place?

    By borrowing an adapter.

If you borrow it, can't you use it for file transfer? Why not cut out the middle-man?

the downside to borrowing stuff: you have to give it back some day.
