Transfer save from pikmin 2 for wii to switch

Hi everyone. I started to play pikmin 2 on vwii/wiiU few weeks ago and it's a very bad timming i know but with de release of pikmin 2 for switch, i would continue the game on this version.
I've tried to extract the two savefile and i get a "pikmin2.dat" who seem similar on the two consoles but when i transfer it to switch, it's corrupted.

Can you help me?

Well, for a start they have reversed endianess if the save data is binary.
