I was wondering how I would go about trading pokemon online with a hacked switch. Because I have Nintendo servers blocked if I removed it and went online wouldn't I get banned anyways? So how do i trade online without getting banned i know this is possible just don't know how

Use a legal copy of the game, and dont use any nsp.
Im usually online on acnh or pokemon sc/vi with a game bought on store.
No problems so far
