ROM Hack trade between vc game and gbc rom

I have pokemon crystal vc on 3DS and pokemon silver gbc rom on another hacked 3DS, is it possible to trade wireless between the 2 games?

yes it is possible to trade between these two games.. assuming both ROMs are actually virtual console injections with a wireless linking patch... pretty much if you don't know what I just said chances are the stuff I mentioned above are not present in your 3DS and you should definitely look into Virtual Console injections or download the official virtual console CIAs
