Hacking Toshiba = Kingston (J)?

Could somebody please confirm that:

1. ...Toshiba 1GB MicroSD cards perform the same as Kingston (J) 1GB MicroSD cards in CastlevaniaOR?
2. ...there are no Toshiba 1GB MicroSD cards made in Taiwan?

I don't know about #1. It seems like it. After I get my Ridata, if it doesn't run it well, I'm off to get a PNY.

I believe someone said that Toshiba and Kingston made in Japans are PNY oems. I don't know if that's true, I think Toshiba actually makes them but regardless, they're all the same. You can also tell by the part numbers and the way they are branded.

Toshiba is a component manufacturer for many companies (including Kingston), so I guess it would perform at a similar speed and compatibility
