Wait, pro controller button support? So does that work now?
I think it worked since ever in Switch but had wrong info from users (I don't own a Pro controller). Because of that I removed it.

But before a month or more, I changed one Joy-Con to be identified as a Pro controller. And I saw that the buttons had different colors in Switch. Not just white.
So I added it back.

Such a wonderful tool. Im actually going to buy transparent color case for the switch and joycons like the N64/Gameboy color models

Maybe you should make a Preset Color button so you can quickly choose a colorful pair or joycons to be written
like the official colors would be in there and custom colors and maybe like a weekly contest to see who can make good pairs. Like "Make the joycons like an older console controller!" and I would send the hex values for an NES styled joycons. i dunno just an idea

looking into the new updates, i just love the fact that the "Acc/meter (Raw/Cal):" can detect earths gravity.
lolwut

The contest is not a bad idea but I don't have the time maintain this.

As for the preset, it can work with official and custom ones. I wanted since start to change the crappy windows color applet but it's not easy. I have to create it from scratch (because no known c++ ones).
After Odyssey, I will have more free time. Maybe I'll do it.

Bluetooth Connection on Mac OS X not working. My joy-con is clearly connected and the software just says its not connected. Im using CrossOver on Mac to launch the .exe file it opens cleanly but then says my joy-con is not connected!... Very frustrating is there a work around for this??? or am i just out of luck in changing my joy-con's software colors????

Thanks again!

It doesn't work on a mac. even with a VM, it needs a native windows system

Sorry i cant post links to imgur, whati whanted to say is that the sensors detect the earth gravitation pull of 9.8 m/sec.

Can you add the teal color of the Xenoblade Pro Controller buttons as one of the button color presets?

Indeed.
If the xenoblade pro controller has this info inside, I would be more than happy to check a spi backup from it and publish the colors.

Other than that, I don't include guessed or personal presets.

the buttons show up as white just like any other pro controller

If you want this color here's an approximate from photoshop:
64, 175, 142 (RGB, dialog)
#40AF8E (HEX RGB)
#8EAF40 (HEX BGR, config file)

the buttons show up as white just like any other pro controller
I see

VirtualBox can pass through some internal bluetooth devices, though not all, but it is a complete pain in the ass. Using Parallels, it is indeed not possible.

Did you try using bootcamp?

@CTCaer Thanks for this tool. Having clear Joy-Cons show up as grey sure is a bummer haha.

FullSizeRender 2.jpg I asked a game dev on twitter what the colours are for the dev-kit exclusive black joy cons, they're just the pro controller colours.
I don't know if you wanna add these to custom colours or not but it is technically a stock colour.
