Hello.I have just bought a Magic NS adapter,it will take some time to arrive but i wanna post than they have an update fimware
"Sep.5,2017 - V1.10 adds Switch Pro mode that supports the controller vibration"

I am wishing could make test with my pads.what would make it if i conect a joycon?
It's possible that I will also buy it and play around with the toolkit. I also have PS3 and XOne controllers lying around, so it would not be a useless buy.

Is this going to be released on Mac?
I don't believe it will be soon and not by me..
You can still use Bootcamp or VirtualBox with a trial Windows and pass-through your BT adapter though..

Chill its my brother's computer, also it doesn't get viruses as easily as windows (Which is why I dont have a computer)
Well that's not true. The only difference is just a password prompt instead of yes/no to run a malicious app.

But yeah, throwing it away is not a correct reply. All in all it's the same exact computer with everything else. Only OS is different.
And since the Intel change you can actually install Mac OS/Windows/Linux/Android/You name it to both PC and Mac..

Also I tried to get bootcamp, but to download windows 7 on new egg it costs like $100 which is cash i already used to get the switch :yayswitch:

You can download windows 10 for free from Microsoft's site. You can then skip the product key and enter trial period. No need to buy it.

The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition
The startup disk must be formatted as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume or already partitioned by Boot Camp Assistant for installing Windows.

Thats the error message I get, Even when I do whatever it says

Would be nice if we could get a .bnvib and .jcvib editor now ;)
Or is there already one and I'm just not aware of that?

EDIT: That said, how would one even get .bnvib files? I'm not asking for an "illegal download" here but a way to rip them from games I own.

Unsure how to rip them, but I know you can create them with the switch SDK that was leaked using WAV files. Though they don't do well with music. I'm hoping for something to convert midi files to jcvib to get clean(er) vibration playback.

Hm, Switch SDK was a good hint tho. Now onto finding "a way to get a developer and totally get this the real way" ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Yeah, the SDK allows you to use the VibrationConverterConsole, which unfortunately wasn't made for playing sounds or anything, just for making cool vibrations and stuff.

Without too much information, you can extract the .bnvib files from the cartridge dumps by using the RomFS explorer. It's kind of a hassle but I dumped all the files from Arms, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Puyo Puyo Tetris and Splatoon 2, which are all pretty cool! If 1-2-Switch ever gets dumped I imagine the rumble files in that will be no short of amazing!

I attached a bad screenshot of the MK8DX files.

I have the SDK now, what parameters are you using to get the best quality without slowdown tho? My converted files are slowed down a little on Joycons and a lot on a Gamepad Pro...

Yeah, there's no real way around that. Ultimately you gotta remember that it's made to play vibrations and not sounds. I've tried a lot of music and it's sorta... eh. Like if there's an explosion in a game, they'd more want the player to feel the explosion rather than hear it through the rumble, which is why it'd be set up that way I guess.

Where can I find the SDK?

Actually there is a way for music.
Avoid resonant frequencies and play/encode the notes to higher or lower octave.
