I figured out where I was after beating Chien for the first time and went back to Naos o.0...I was a lot closer to the beginning than I thought -_-"...(I'm not really grinding...I just want to unlock the guild ranks xD, though I didn't know that the Styles only leveled up to 50). I think I left autobattle on when I faced Chien. He killed two of my characters (and I took out one dog) and then the Ricardo AI took care of the rest (at least he is a bit smarter).
Just wondering, but is the Awakening bar in the menu serve as just a game progress thing?

Somewhat AFAIK.

Its something like a % of what you have seen or so. I consider that grinding as guild quests are 100% optional.

Anyone got a save file past the swamp at the ice continent? Don't know the name of it, but I've been to the energy ring there, it's in a garden-like place. When I go into a building in Tenos which I think is the weapons/munition factory, the game crashes.

I have a question about cooking. Can you master recipes like you could in other Tales of games? And if so, how can you tell when a recipe is mastered? Is there any real benefit to mastering the recipe?

I've never failed a recipe so I don't think you can master them.
Mastering was just to increase the chance of making something as far as I remember.

In Tales of the Abyss mastering a recipe also increased the chances of using an extra ingredient, thus increasing the effectiveness of that recipe. Just wondering if it has a similar effect in Innocence.

The only thing I noticed about cooking is that there is a friendship value to each one, atm the moment a few select recipes have only 1 and I can't keep getting it up and I didn't notice if it changed the actual friendship values.

Now my question, Is there a way to grind friendship (

) except than healing in battle and skits ?
and what gives the most friendship points in battle (I noticed resurrection can give 4 points while trying to master it) .

Nevermind this, turned off cheats and everything worked as it should.
